A Mount Hope Farm Wedding | Michelle + TR

Farm weddings always steal my heart so I was excited when Michelle told me they had booked Mount Hope Farm for their wedding. The gardens there are so intimate and lush, and I love the rustic feel of the grounds and the barn. Michelle and TR have some of the happiest families I’ve met, their laughter was literally contagious all day. Their band Daddy-O provided vintage 50s music which the guests rocked out to all night.

Looking Back

Next week, I have my first wedding of 2013. So I thought I’d take a moment now to reflect on 2012. Below is just a sample of some of my favorite images and memories from the 2012 season. Mount Hope Farm Wedding | Catherine & Tim

The venue that Catherine and Tim chose for their wedding – Mount Hope Farm – is an amazing property. It’s a real working farm complete with chickens and sheep, and it also has a barn, beautiful gardens, and a historic inn from the 1700s.  Catherine and Tim happen to live close by, so the proximity as well as the beauty of the place made it an easy choice for their wedding day. I love the special touches that they incorporated into their ceremony, like having Tim’s brother as the officiant, Tim’s Dad give a guitar solo, and their daughter Maddie, who is such a cutie, as the flowergirl.
