Lisa and Jen had a beautiful rustic fall wedding at the Lyman Estate. I loved their decor, attention to detail, and sense of aesthetic. However, the best part of photographing a wedding to me is always the ceremony. Lisa and Jen’s was especially moving, and included a choir of their friends that sang three beautiful hymns.

Wedding Flowers Arrangement | Orly Khon Floral Boutique - […] Stunning photos of Lisa and Jen’s wedding at the Lyman Estate. We adorned long farm tables with Italian ruskus, dahlias, eucalyptus, and roses. The loveliest photos were taken by Joyelle West Photography. […]

I love small, intimate weddings, and that’s exactly what Samantha and Michael’s day was about. Sam envisioned a day that was calm, easy, and romantic, and she got exactly what she was looking for. We all huddled together on the patio at Oleana for their ceremony, which was followed by lunch with family and friends on the warm, sunny patio.

You may remember Melanie and Matt from their engagement session in Boston last fall. We met at Drink and then had a blast wandering Fort Point. It’s finally been a year, and I photographed their gorgeous fall wedding in Portsmouth, RI at the Glen Manor House, an elegant mansion with a lush garden setting for their ceremony.

Two New England Outdoor Weddings on Style Me Pretty - […] was lucky last week to have not just one, but two features on Style Me Pretty! First was Melanie and Matt’s wedding at the Glen Manor House in Rhode Island, and second was Brittany and Brandon’s wedding at the Crane Estate Barn in Ipswich. Both were […]

“Welcome to Lauren and Andrew’s Murder-Mystery Wedding”, was how the Best Man started his speech. And it was very appropriate, as a lightening storm hit the estate and the power went out right at the beginning of cocktail hour, and stayed out for the entire evening. Candles were lit, a generator was found, and the rest of the evening took place in the semidarkness of the mansion. Luckily my trusty flashes provided enough light for the photos, and the guests had a blast – it was definitely a wedding that I’ll never forget.
