Last week, after the deluge of rain was over, Inga and I took the morning to do some shooting outside. It was still a bit misty and overcast, but by the very end the sun was attempting to break through the clouds at times, which just made the light quite perfect and lovely.
Last week the cherry blossoms and flowering trees were in full bloom around Boston, so it was the perfect time for an outdoor spring shoot! I teamed up with the lovely Jennifer Ottenberg, who needed some photos of her extraordinary makeup skills. Here are some photos of Jennifer, along with photos of our other model Samantha (who helped provide an urban contrast to the spring look, as you’ll see below).

Last Thursday I took a few hours out of my crazy shooting and editing schedule to see my good friend Folake in Queens, NY. She recently got engaged, so of course we were talking about some preliminary wedding plans!! Plus I got to take some photos while the two of us were hanging out at the waterfront park in her Queens neighborhood.
