In catching up with some press of the year, Thea and Tim’s wedding at the Gamble last fall was featured in the weddings issue of Boston Magazine this year. Last Sunday I spent the day in downtown Boston, photographing the wedding of Carolyn and Gary, one of the sweetest couples I’ve met. Carolyn was amazingly calm while getting ready, which makes sense because she’s in med school right now - she’s probably used to dealing with stressful situations! They got married at the Gamble Mansion, and the whole event felt very charming, and old-world Boston. Cuisine Chez Vous catered the event, and I was thoroughly impressed by them. The food looked amazing, and their timing was spot-on.

We managed to get caught in a sudden downpour. Luckily we were only a block from the Gamble. Here’s a shot of my fearless assistant Ana, as she runs alongside Carolyn, holding our photo reflector above her head to keep her from getting wet!
