Rachel & Jon

I am just totally loving all of my engagement sessions this year. The latest was with Rachel and Jon – they made the trip up from New York and we spent a fabulous summer morning soaking up the sun and shooting on the harbor. Can’t wait for their wedding at the Museum of Science in September!

Kyla & Kevin

Last weekend I spent a beautiful day with Kyla and Kevin. They got married at the Hyatt Harborside, which is very fitting because it’s right in their neighborhood! They live in East Boston and Kevin also runs a fantastic pizza joint there called Doughie’s.

BAND: Night Rhythm

Kyla’s sister-in-law Danielle held the dress up to get it ready for Kyla to step in, and I managed to grab her face peeking right through.

One of my favorite photos of Kyla. It has a nice vintage feel to it (which goes very well with her vintage-inspired dress).

Kevin seeing Kyla before the ceremony.

Loved the shadows here.

The ceremony, overlooking the water and skyline.

The bridal party formed a circle around them.

Cocktail hour on the patio.

Love the suit!

Inside the tent.

The cake had a vintage top, inspired by Kyla’s dress.

You can still see the beautiful view from the inside.

Tired already and the party hasn’t even started!

I loved the atmosphere.

Night Rhythm really got the dance floor crowded.

And the party’s still going inside.

Now it’s off to Greece for Kyla & Kevin. See you when you get back!

Lauren & Ben

Lauren and Ben got married in April at the Boston Exchange Conference Center. If you haven’t been there before, it is really a unique venue – the views of the harbor are gorgeous! And the bonus is that we got to do some funky industrial photos on Fish Pier.

Jon, Ben’s brother and best man, gave a wonderful speech. It was funny, poignant, and truly endearing.

Ben and Lauren – congrats to both of you!
