I was excited when Annemarie and Sean told me that they had chosen the Peabody Essex Museum as their wedding location, because its mix of old-world charm and new design makes it one of my favorite venues. The ceremony was in the Atrium of the Museum, which is several stories high and filled with steel, glass, and lots of light. The reception was in the East India Marine Hall, a gorgeous old banquet hall with wood floors and art that includes statues that had once been on ships. All of Annemarie’s details in blue and white and nautical touches completed the theme, and the result was a classic and fun summer evening wedding. Congrats you two!
