A historic schoolhouse in rolling hills of Rochester, Vermont was in Lindsay’s family for generations, so when Lindsay and Patrick were thinking of a meaningful place for their wedding, they immediately thought of that. The ceremony was right beside the schoolhouse next to a small brook, then guests boarded school buses and headed to Killington for the reception at the Killington Grand Hotel. Lindsay, Patrick, and I hiked up a small hill beside the schoolhouse for the photos of the two of them, and Lindsay deserves major kudos for crossing the brook and hiking a hill in her wedge heels.
