Madeline and Rob got married at one of my favorite venues, Castle Hill on the Crane Estate. It wasn’t quite raining but it was misting all day, which made the settting have a very quiet kind of beauty. I don’t often get to photograph portraits in the fog, so I was definitely loving every minute of it.
VENUE: Castle Hill
CAKE: Jenny’s Cakes
FLOWERS: JWrobel
CATERER: Vinwood Caterers

There comes a point for every bride when she’s getting ready that the emotion of the day will suddenly hit her! It happens to everyone, I remember it happening to me, too. The next two photos show that moment for Madeline.

It was a very moving ceremony.

I love when the party gets to this point.

What amazing photos! I’m so glad I found your site. These are so inspiring. I especially love the black and whites!
I was there and I think these pictures captured every bit of the beauty and emotion that we saw. Amazingly beautiful work.
joyelle, these are beautiful! what a unique day.
Joyelle!!! Your shot of them in the mist with the statue garden. Exquisite! I’ve done an engagement session before and even though it is fun and grand, I had a hard time capturing the mood. You did a great job!
Joyelle, I just stumbled on your site through WPJA (congrats on your recent recognition, BTW!) and I just had to tell you that I love your style.
Simply beautiful!
